I am a man of many hats. People know me as always challenging, learning and prepared to take risks. On a day to day basis, I am the CEO of the Excellence Squared Group Limited, which comprises of a number of companies that assess and advise businesses, develop software for maximising engagement, ways of sourcing of in-house talent, and help businesses make the most of their marketing, PR, and design.

I work with organisations in a multitude of different ways. I act as an Advisor, a Strategic Consultant, a Leadership Methodologist, an Executive Coach, a Professional Chairman, and assist with Conflict Resolution. I have been a Professional Speaker and I write articles, books, and columns for magazines and for social media, as well as producing case studies, designing films and learning materials for a variety of clients.  My clients say they like me because I see the world differently to most, and I am totally honest and objective with high integrity.
