I have known Paul for a number of years in a professional capacity. During that time I have heard him speak on numerous occasions and have been fortune enough to speak with him on a 1:1 basis about leadership theories and thoughts. The "Leading vs. Management" session was entertaining, informative and just plain old fun!!
