Who is Paul Bridle

Paul is a Leadership Methodologist. For nearly two decades he has studied effective organisations and the people that lead them.

Clients call on Paul because of his ability to explain things in a simple and uncomplicated way. He is very challenging but with respect and in a manner that helps people take a fresh look at what they need to do to raise their performance. His global perspective combined with personal research means he gives practical ideas that people can actually use to raise their ability to manage and lead.

As a result of his research around the world, he is called upon to assist both private as well as public organisations by acting as an advisor or consultant on a range of projects relating to management and leadership issues or development.

Paul is a Faculty Member of the Institute of Management Studies, Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, Fellow of the Professional Speaker Association and a Certified Speaking Professional. Paul was also voted 12th in The Top 30 Most Influential Leadership Gurus in the World in 2007 & 2008 for his contribution to Leadership development.

Currently he is working on developing case studies of outstanding organisations from around the world. He is also pulling together his research and recording examples of best practice on key business issues.

Today we are pleased to welcome Paul Bridle.

Paul is a Leadership Methodologist, which means he studies leadership and what makes effective leaders.

Paul is truly one of those experts who speak. His background is in business and he has experience of setting up, running and managing businesses, still owning organisations in three continents.

Paul started to study leadership over 17 years ago as a hobby. Very quickly it moved into becoming an obsession. He spent more and more time examining leadership styles, looking at successful organisations and the characteristics that made them successful. In particular he wanted to understand the leadership that drove these organisations.

Research sits at the core of what makes Paul successful as a Leadership Methodologist. He still spends over 25% of his year visiting organisations all around the world. Tonight/today he will share with us some of the insights he has managed to acquire.
