Background
Born in Zimbabwe and educated in Southern Africa. Achieved an Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing from University of Zimbabwe. Successfully set up a number of businesses and currently sits on the Board of companies in four countries.
Paul is a Faculty Member of the Institute of Management Studies, Faculty Member of Duke University, Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting and a Certified Speaking Professional. Paul was also voted 12th in The Top 30 Most Influential Leadership Gurus in the World for three consecutive years for his contribution to Leadership development.
Currently
As a result of his research around the world, he is called upon to assist both private and public organisations by acting as an advisor or consultant on a range of projects relating to management and leadership issues and/or development.

He has personally researched what makes a good leader and has taken time to understand the mindset of successful leaders.
