I work with a lot of manufacturing organisations and most of them now no longer even have unions but the ones that do, for the most part are still stuck in the 50&#039;s and 60&#039;s. They could have become mediators or negotiators, they could have become coaches and mentors, they could have become facilitators or advisors - they became NONE of these things - and agree - they are the Masters (and Mistresses) of their own eventual demise...ann</description>
